Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 1 pm. Check-out is by 10 am.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.
Booking and payment
For new direct bookings more than 30 days before arrival, a 40% deposit confirms the booking. Pay the balance 30 days before arrival.
For new direct bookings within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at confirmation. Existing reservations and expressly stated channel terms retain their agreed conditions.
Requests for a specific room
Requests for specific rooms must be made at least six months in advance, subject to availability, with full payment required for confirmation.
Rates, taxes and optional services
Seasonal rates apply from 14 September 2026 to 30 September 2027, per room per night for one or two adults, with breakfast and GST included.
The room collection lists all meal plans, extra guests and beds. Charge only for items outside the selected plan. Programme guests receive all three daily meals; sessions, consultation and laundry follow the selection confirmed in the quote.
Confirm the applicable seasonal rate, extras and final total before paying. Confirmed reservations retain their agreed terms.
Extra beds
Extra beds are available on request for selected room categories, subject to availability and safety requirements. A maximum of one extra bed per room is allowed.
Request an extra bed when booking or at least 24 hours before arrival. The villa may decline a request because of space or safety limitations.
An extra bed costs INR 11,800 per night, including GST. The extra-adult supplement already includes one bed; it must not be charged twice. Meals follow the selected plan. Additional guests require confirmed safe room capacity.
