A place at the table.

Walk-in diners are welcome. Call our team to check service times and tables before setting out; you do not need to book a room to dine with us.
Konkan, North Indian, a little continental.
The kitchen’s approach begins with food made from scratch and an appreciation of regional flavours. Bring your appetite and your preferences to the conversation; reservations can help with menu questions before you arrive.

Is breakfast or a meal plan included?
A room-only rate does not include meals. For a meal plan, check the inclusions for your booking. Visiting just for a meal? Browse the menu and call ahead for availability and service times.
Tell us how you like to eat.
Share dietary preferences and any food allergies before you book. We can discuss what the kitchen can prepare for your stay, including questions about vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes.
If avoiding a particular ingredient is essential, speak with reservations about preparation and suitability before making dining arrangements.
- Are vegetarian and vegan meals available?
- Yes. The kitchen prepares vegetarian and vegan meals when you tell us in advance, and the menu already includes plant-based dishes such as xacuti. Let reservations know before you arrive, along with anything you need left out, so your meals and any additional charges can be arranged for your dates.
- Can you cater for a gluten-free request?
- Yes, with advance notice — tell reservations before you arrive and the kitchen will prepare gluten-free dishes for your dates. Please treat this as a preparation request rather than a coeliac-safe guarantee: cooking without gluten and running a kitchen proven free from cross-contact are different things, and we do not claim the second. If your requirement is medical, say so when you enquire so we can be clear with you about what we can and cannot promise.
- How far ahead should I mention a food allergy?
- Before you book, and again once your dates are set. Sending an enquiry does not by itself confirm that a requirement can be met, so please wait for reservations to reply before relying on it.

Planning your meals.
- Can I dine here without staying at Villa Raag?
- Yes, walk-in diners are welcome. Call our team to check service times and table availability before your visit.
- Which meals are included?
- Your selected rate plan sets out the meals included. Reservations can help you understand the plan and any additional charges.
- Can I ask about meal times or a visitor joining us?
- Yes. Tell reservations about the occasion and your preferred arrangements before your stay.
- Can I learn more about Goan cooking?
- Explore our Goan cooking-class page and tell the team what interests you. Discuss the arrangements for your dates before making a plan.
