Cancellation and refund terms
These cancellation terms apply to new direct bookings. Existing reservations and expressly stated channel terms retain their agreed conditions.
- At least 30 days before check-in: full refund.
- 15 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before check-in, or a date change during the stay: no refund.
Booking and payment
For new direct bookings more than 30 days before arrival, a 40% deposit confirms the booking. Pay the balance 30 days before arrival.
For new direct bookings within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at confirmation. Existing reservations and expressly stated channel terms retain their agreed conditions.
